The living area features a colorful decor with comfortable seating for relaxing while enjoying the 55"cable TV which also features streaming services, dining indoors or gazing to the outside view from the double set of French doors. Enjoy the breezes through the french doors with cathedral ceiling fans throughout or if necessary you have the comfort of split system air conditioning in the living room.

 

The kitchen is fully accessorized including a ceiling fan here too and features new modern cabinets and granite counter tops to enjoy your time cooking for your stay at home nights. A special feature of this villa is the UV water purification system making the water from the tap safe to drink and there's no need to buy bottled water for your stay.

The master bedroom suite is accessed off the great room area and features a King size bed and large bath area with marble walk in shower, upscale granite counter top cabinets air conditioning, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and french doors out to the pool deck view.

 

The second master bedroom suite features a king size that makes this villa nicely suitable for 2 couples traveling together! Ceiling fan, air conditioning,  private bath with marble walk in shower and french doors open out to the pool deck.
