New retractable slider screens in front of the French doors have been added to increase your enjoyment in leaving the doors open as much as you like without having to worry about bugs visiting inside.

Off of the great room is the easy style updated fully equipped kitchen featuring all new stainless steel appliances and a UV Water Purification system. This villa boasts of a gourmet kitchen with a superior Nespresso Coffee maker, to name just one upgrade, along with 2 new upgraded bathrooms as well as upscale, stylish furnishings!

The master bedroom suite with its 4 poster King sized bed, featuring pillow top posturpedic mattress is accessed off the great room area and features air conditioning, ceiling fans and french doors out to the pool deck.

The second master bedroom suite with private bath features ceiling fan, air conditioning, cable TV and french doors open out to the pool deck and views. There are 2 twin beds (pillow top posturpedic mattresses)

that may be converted into a king bed making it suitable for either children or 2 couples traveling together!
