Because  we don’t own the villas and are working with you to provide the best choice for your requests. Once you have chosen the villa and reserved it you will be paying the owner direct!  Feel confident that your money is going directly to whom it needs to go to - NO booking agent, management company, or any internet site that just shows up on your search. There’s also someone on island to watch over the property so if you do experience a maintenance problem you have a local contact. As an added service we will act as your advocate to work directly with the owner for any unexpected problems. What can be better… Best of all… we will also continue to finalize your trip. We will make your car reservation, provide you with travel insurance information and answer your questions to help you plan your stay.
